Nearly 2000 people a year return to the UK from ther travels with Malaria. A significant number of these people contract it when visiting friends and family in Africa and Asia over the Christmas period.
It is a common misconception that if you've had malaria once that you can't get it again. This campaign aimed to raise awareness of this risk and to disavow people of health myths to help them protect themselves whilst they were away.
The designs were output as flyers dropped in key areas of the Greenwich community and T-shirts made for outreach teams to raise awareness.
